Introduction

The Chief End of Man is to

Glorify God, and to Enjoy Him Forever[2]

Psalm 51:14-17

14 Deliver me from bloodguiltiness, O God, the God of my salvation;
Then my tongue will joyfully sing of Your righteousness.
15 O Lord, open my lips,
That my mouth may declare Your praise.
16 For You do not delight in sacrifice, otherwise I would give it;
You are not pleased with burnt offering.
17 The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit;
A broken and a contrite heart, O God, You will not despise.

1. Burnt Offering: What does it mean to “Make Atonement”? To Make Atonement is To Cover

Leviticus 2:13

Leviticus 17:14

14 “For as for the life of all flesh, its blood is identified with its life. Therefore I said to the sons of Israel, ‘You are not to eat the blood of any flesh, for the life of all flesh is its blood; whoever eats it shall be cut off.’

4. Sin Offering: What is the Greatest Law? Love God
